Permanent Cosmetics

A semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing procedure that creates ultra-fine like stroke. This technique is ideal for those who wish to achieve a natural looking brow. Results are created using a tool called a "micro blade" and not a permanent makeup machine.

An exfoliating procedure that gently removes dead skin and vellum hair from the top layer of your skin using a medical grade instrument. Dermaplaning helps to treat skin issues including dullness, fine lines, wrinkles, hyper-pigmentation, discolouration and acne breakouts, as well as improves the penetration of skin-care products.

Lip Blush

A semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing technique that is used to define the lips and create a flush of color. During this procedure, pigments are deposited into the skin with a very fine needle via a small handheld cosmetic tattooing device.

Jessica Lynn Permanent Cosmetics is located in Saskatoon inside the beautiful GRACE Salon in University Heights.

What is Permanent Makeup?

Permanent makeup is a type of cosmetic tattooing that helps to recreate your favourite makeup looks in a semi-permanent manner. PMU is an innovative cosmetic treatment that involves implanting natural pigments into the dermal layer of the skin through various methods. Usually, PMU is used to enhance or correct certain features that alternatively would be done with regular makeup products. When performed by a trained artist, PMU can enhance lips, eyebrows, eyes, areola, the scalp and even scars.
